The S.N.R Sons Charitable Trust was founded in 1970 by the illustrious
sons of Sri S.N.Rangasamy Naidu; Being an ardent devotee of Sri Ramakrishna
Paramahansa all the institutions started by the trust bear the name of
the holy sage Sri Ramakrishna.

Sri Ramakrishna Institute of Paramedical Sciences
To acquire knowledge from various medical systems and to create a systematic
approach to medical sciences, the College of Pharmacy,
Sri Ramakrishna Institute of Paramedical Sciences was established in the
year 1987. It is affiliated to the TamilNadu Dr. M.G.R. Medical University,
Chennai; approved by the Pharmacy Council of India and The AICTE, NewDelhi.
The college also offers Masters degree and Doctoral Programmes. With work,
as the key to success and to fulfill the dream project of the founders,
its promoters have produced thousands of graduates and post graduates
with scientific, cultural and spiritual knowledge. Today, the college
is one of the premier postgraduate and research institution. The academic
excellence has always been
outstanding, exemplified by 3 gold medals bagged at university level (1991,
1993 and 1999) and one gold medal at National level (1999). The pass percentage
has always been more than 95%.
